The mission of South Baltimore Learning Center is to improve the self-sufficiency of educationally disadvantaged adults. SBLC is a community-based nonprofit organization providing functional literacy and life skills training. In addition to career preparation services, to residents in the Baltimore Area.

As the Executive Director for South Baltimore Learning Center, I hope that you are inspired by the growth, scope and success of our programs, the stories of our learners, as well as the community.
